Are Jackalo's spring clothes certified organic?

Yes. Jackalo uses GOTS-certified organic cotton across its core styles. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) verifies the entire supply chain from farm to finished garment.

What is the TradeUP program?

TradeUP is Jackalo's clothing take-back program. When kids outgrow their Jackalo clothes, parents return them for store credit. The items are resold through the Pre-Loved shop, keeping them in use and out of the waste stream.

Does Jackalo repair clothes if they get damaged?

Yes. If any Jackalo pants rip within six months of purchase, the brand will repair them free of charge.
