Common questions.
Why should I trade in my clothes?
Trading in your clothes is a great way to keep them in use (and out of landfills) longer. For each accepted item you trade in, you'll also earn credit toward new products from us.
What kind of items can be traded in?
We accept any of our products, with a few exceptions such as paper products and iron-on stain covers. Not every item is eligible for credit — check each item's value before you ship.
What condition should items be in?
We review the condition of every item against our quality standards. If an item can't be repaired, cleaned, or resold, you'll receive a partial recycling credit of $5.00 (unless that item's original value is $0). Once you ship an item to us, we can't return it.
How much will I receive for the items I trade in?
An item's credit value depends on its type and condition. You'll earn the trade-in credit listed for each item that passes review. If an item doesn't pass, you'll earn a $5.00 recycling credit instead (unless its value is $0). As long as your trade-in includes at least one item worth more than $0, you'll always earn at least $5.00 per submission.
